Paytrix are building the world’s first payments curation layer. By consolidating best in class payments infrastructure under our regulated ecosystem, we will enable marketplaces and eCommerce brands to scale their payments operations smoothly around the world.

We’ve just raised one of the largest pre-seed rounds in UK history from some of the world's leading FinTech focused Venture Capital firms (including the backers of Flywire, Pipe, Circle, GoCardless, Tide, Pave, and Stitch), and are supported by several well-known industry angel investors that have built multi-billion dollar businesses globally.

Our goal is to make the complex - simple, the messy - clean, and global scale accessible to every brand and platform. We’re looking to grow our founding team with a highly motivated marketing lead to shape, define, and execute our strategy. 

 

The Role (what you will be doing):

  • Helping to shape, define, and champion the brand
  • Content creation: Web copy, sales collateral including decks and one-pagers etc., social media, blogs, award submissions etc. Always ensuring content is informative, on brand, and of benefit to the reader.  
  • Social media management: building our presence across LinkedIn and Twitter. Helping to create a community. 
  • Collaborating with the executive team/ sales team to drive campaigns that deliver meaningful results across the marketing and sales funnel
  • Measuring and sharing the results of all marketing campaigns - analysing and reporting on all activity to ensure we can make data-driven, informed decisions. 
  • Working closely with the Product/Sales/Executive team to shape messaging in a product marketing led way, and deliver materials/ assets the teams need
  • Taking lead on our presence at events - as both delegates and exhibitors
  • Sourcing and managing relevant agency partners (design agency, PR firm etc) to ensure the timely delivery of all marketing activities 



Who you are:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Payments/ FinTech/ Financial Services (B2B experience highly preferred)
  • Experience in building and implementing a Marketing strategy
  • Experience in content creation (ability to show a sample of work desirable) 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to take a data-driven approach to marketing. Analysing and spotting trends to make informed decisions so that we are constantly testing, tweaking, and evolving. 
  • A results-focused individual with excellent time management, and a track record of hitting targets and deadlines
  • Someone who thinks strategically, outside of the box, and sees the bigger picture.
  • Someone who is willing to get stuck in, get their hands dirty, and lead from the front. 
  • Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity - who can figure things out, take ownership and make decisions. We’re a start-up - we don’t have all of the answers (yet), and we want you to be empowered to make decisions. 
  • Excellent communications skills
